Get to Know Gina Maier Vincent

Not everyone hears the whisper.
That soft yet persistent inner voice that begins to speak when the milestones are met, the boxes are checked—and yet something still feels… off. Hollow. Like you're “Underliving” a life that, on paper, looks full.
But Gina Maier Vincent heard it. And she’s spent the last two decades helping other high achievers do the same.
After a celebrated career in the fashion industry that began in New York City, Gina was relocated to North Carolina, where she met and married her husband, Mark. Their love story has now spanned 25 years, and together, they’ve built a life rich in meaning, adventure and purpose. However, Mark’s unexpected health crisis became the true catalyst for Gina’s next chapter.
“It cracked something open in me,” she says. “Suddenly, it wasn’t about what looked good or sounded impressive—it was about aligning my time, money, and energy with what truly mattered. I realized I had more to give, and I wasn’t going to wait.”
That "something" is now known as Exquisitely Aligned, Gina’s signature strategy for guiding clients—women and men from their twenties to their seventies—through bold life pivots after major transitions. Moves. Losses. Divorces. Kids leaving home… the moments that shake us up and beg the question: What now?
Her work is for those who’ve done what they were “supposed” to, yet still feel a gap between what is and what could be. Gina helps bridge that gap by realigning her clients’ time, money and energy with the heartfelt desires they shelved long ago—the ones that light them up. The ones that were never wrong… just delayed.
The results? Deep satisfaction. Lasting significance. Pure joy.
Gina has been called a visionary thought leader, empowerment entrepreneur and master motivator—but those who work with her know it’s more than just titles. It’s how she sees them before they can see themselves. It’s how she calls them forward, fast.
“My clients stop performing and start living. They remove blocks, silence inner judgment, stop chasing validation and start trusting themselves,” Gina shares. “They’re seen, heard, and valued—in ways they never imagined. That’s luxury. That’s beauty. That’s the exquisite life.”
Her signature system is proven—and so is her voice.
Gina is the founder and host of a top 3% globally ranked podcast, which led to her TV show on ExpertsandAuthors.tv and an active YouTube channel. Her debut book, launched February 11, 2025, sold out in its first week—sparking invitations to host interactive book club sessions for audiences across the country.
“I love serving audiences—whether on an event stage, on air, or in a small living room with ten women and a stack of dog-eared pages,” she laughs. “This work was born in intimacy, and I think that’s why it scales so powerfully. We’re all craving truth and transformation—not perfection.”
That craving is why she also offers VIP Day intensives—ideal for those seeking a focused, fast mindset shift with lifelong ripple effects. But for most, it’s the mentorship that changes everything.
Gina only works one-to-one with a select number of clients at a time. This allows her to provide depth, discretion, laser-focused support, and full access—something she’s become known for. Her clients move fast—because so does she.
“I’m a New Yorker by birth. I move fast. I don’t sugarcoat,” she says. “My clients love that. They’ve spent decades dancing to someone else’s rhythm. Now, it’s their turn. They’re ready for more.”
One of those clients was navigating a painful divorce when she found Gina. “She was successful but exhausted,” Gina recalls. “She had dreams of a bigger life but felt held back by patterns from her past. Within two months of working together, her friends commented that she looked and sounded completely different. It was like watching her reclaim her radiance. That’s the power of alignment.”
Gina’s work also extends beyond her private practice. She’s active in local philanthropy as a 360 Circle Leader with Miracles for Kids and a supporter of Friends of CASA. She brings the same heart and depth to her volunteer work as she does to her clients.
In 2020, she and her family answered a deeper calling and moved west to California—trading coastlines and stepping fully into a new rhythm. Their son, a recent USC graduate, has just launched his career in New York City—a poetic return to where Gina’s began. Their daughter, currently studying architecture at the University of Arizona, brings a fresh spark of creativity to the family dynamic.
“We feel so at home here in Orange County,” Gina says. “The natural beauty, the mindset, the people… it all inspires me. And yes, you’ll often find me paddle boarding in Newport Harbor. If you see me around town, please say hello.”
Her mission is clear: to help high-achievers ditch the one-size-fits-all model of success, redefine luxury to include time, wealth and soul satisfaction—and live their legacy now, not later.
“There’s beauty in becoming who you truly are,” she says. “And it’s never too late to begin.”
